Utah Disabled Veteran License Plate

Utah State Tax Commission, Motor Vehicle Division
Distinctive Disabled Veteran plate, transferable to an unremarried surviving spouse

If you have any percentage of service-connected disability, you can get a Disabled Veteran licence plate, and it can be personalized. The plate does not come with disabled parking privileges; for those you request a windshield placard using Utah Form TC-842, Disability Certification. The plate can be transferred to the unremarried surviving spouse of a deceased disabled veteran.
