Utah Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children

Utah State Board of Education, through the Military Interstate Children’s Compact Commission
Enrolment, placement, eligibility and graduation protections for military children

Utah belongs to the interstate compact that removes school barriers for children of military families who move often. It speeds up enrolment when records have not arrived, keeps differences in attendance rules, scheduling, sequencing, grading, course content and assessment from holding your child back, protects eligibility for educational programs and for academic, athletic and social activities, and supports on-time graduation.
