Utah Professional License Exemption for Military Spouses

Utah Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL)
Work in a licensed profession in Utah without a Utah licence

If your service member spouse is stationed in Utah and you hold an active professional licence from another state or territory, you can work in that licensed profession in Utah without getting a Utah licence. The Division of Professional Licensing issues a verification letter you can use to show the exemption applies.
