Your DD214 showing a discharge other than dishonorable or proof of current service, proof of Florida residency, and your marriage certificate if you are applying as a spouse.

Eligibility

You are a Florida resident veteran with a discharge other than dishonorable, an active or reserve component service member, or the spouse of one
You are starting or growing a business
