You get peer-to-peer support and referrals as you leave the U.S. Armed Forces, aimed at employment, education and starting a business. Referrals include a resume review, an introduction to the Virginia Labor Market index, and connections to V3 certified companies and other Virginia Department of Veterans Services programs. The employer network runs networking events, job fairs and hiring events for transitioning members and their spouses.
