If you are caught up in the criminal justice system, a Veteran Justice Specialist can connect you to housing, employment, treatment, benefits and other community resources, and coordinate your care. They help veterans in a veterans treatment court, veterans in jail or prison from 120 days before release, and veterans on community supervision.
