You get priority access to WorkSource services and priority referrals to jobs listed with WorkSource. Offices provide job listings, referrals and hiring events, help with resumes, applications and interviewing, computers, copiers and phones you can use, skill assessments, and referrals to training and other resources. Most offices have Veteran Employment Specialists who work with veterans who have disabilities or other barriers to employment. The WorkSource website also lets you find veteran-friendly employers and employers who give veterans priority over other applicants.
Contact your nearest Washington WorkSource office and tell them you are a veteran or the spouse of one.
