West Virginia In-State Tuition Rates for Nonresident Veterans, Service Members, and their Dependents

West Virginia public colleges and universities, through their admissions offices
In-state tuition and fee rates instead of nonresident rates

West Virginia public colleges and universities charge in-state tuition to nonresident veterans who are using VA education benefits and enroll within three years of discharge. Nonresident service members assigned to a duty location and living in West Virginia, and their dependents, also pay in-state tuition and fee rates.
