Wisconsin Professional and Occupational License Renewal for Service Members and Military Spouses

The Wisconsin licensing agency that governs your profession, listed by the Department of Safety and Professional Services
Licence stays valid during service, 180 day extension after discharge, renewal fee waived and continuing education excused for hardship

Your Wisconsin professional or occupational licence stays valid while you are on active duty, and you get an extension until 180 days after you are discharged. If you request renewal within that extension period the renewal fee is waived, and continuing education requirements can be excused where meeting them would be an undue hardship. The same applies to a military spouse who had to relocate because of an active duty reassignment.
