For $7 you can get a card that gives you free state park admission and a trail pass, plus fishing and small game hunting licences. You qualify with a 50 percent or greater service-connected disability rating, or if you receive service-connected disability benefits because you are individually unemployable.

Your VA Benefit Summary Letter or award letter showing the rating or the unemployability finding, and proof that you live in Wisconsin.
