Wisconsin Resident Tuition Rates for Nonresident Veterans, Service Members and their Families

Wisconsin public colleges, universities and technical colleges
Resident tuition rates instead of nonresident rates

You can pay in-state tuition at Wisconsin public colleges even if you are not a Wisconsin resident. It covers service members and their families while stationed in Wisconsin or within 90 miles of the Wisconsin border, veterans who served at least 10 years and their families, and reserve component members living in Wisconsin who have been active in the Wisconsin National Guard or the Reserves for at least six months.
