The Wisconsin Veterans Home at Chippewa Falls is at 2175 E. Park Avenue, Chippewa Falls WI 54729, phone 715-720-6775, email Veterans.Home-CF@dva.wi.gov. All three offer physical, speech, respiratory and occupational therapies, music therapy, a licensed clinical social worker and mental health nurse practitioners, wound care, and dental, radiology, ophthalmology and laboratory services; King and Union Grove also offer respite care and memory care, which Chippewa Falls does not. Wisconsin residency is not required for admission, though residents of more than six months are prioritised in the admission queue.
