Your initial fee for a Wisconsin professional or occupational licence is waived once. WDVA publishes the list of licences the waiver covers.
Apply to WDVA for the eligibility determination first, online through MyWisVets or by submitting the WDVA Professional/Occupational Licensure Fee Waiver application to the address on the form. Then apply for your licence with the fee waived.
Your DD214 or, if you are in a reserve component, proof of at least one year of service under honorable conditions or your honorable discharge from the reserve component, plus proof of Wisconsin residency.
