Wyoming Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children (MIC3)

Your Wyoming school district, with the Military Interstate Children Compact Commission (MIC3)

The compact protects your children when a military move takes them to a new school district. It requires prompt enrollment despite records-transfer delays or differing entrance and age rules, fair placement despite differences in attendance requirements, scheduling, sequencing, grading, course content and assessment, eligibility for programs and extracurricular academic, athletic and social activities, and on-time graduation.
