You can have 100 percent of resident-rate tuition and mandatory fees paid at Wyoming post-secondary schools while you serve in the Wyoming National Guard, toward one specialized certificate, associate, bachelor, master or doctoral degree. At a private Wyoming school, or one with a Department of Defense AU-ABC (Air University Associate to Baccalaureate Cooperative) agreement, the plan pays the average of University of Wyoming and community college full-time tuition and fees per semester.
