You can claim temporary weekly payments if you lost your job through no fault of your own, including after separating from military employment. You must be able to work, available for work, and actively seeking work for each week you claim.

Your full legal name and Social Security number, work authorization if you are not a U.S. citizen, an employment history for the past 18 months with each employer name and address and dates of employment, records of year-to-date earnings such as check stubs, bank statements or tax forms, and your DD214 if you separated from military employment in the past 18 months.
