Build & Release Engineer

About the Role

As a Build & Release Engineer, you will own the systems and processes that ensure TurboVets ships high quality software with speed, consistency, and precision. You will manage the build pipeline, streamline release workflows, and support a disciplined deployment process across engineering teams. Your work will directly impact reliability, developer efficiency, and the operational readiness of the TurboVets platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and optimize build pipelines, CI workflows, and release processes
Manage versioning, build artifacts, and deployment packaging
Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure predictable delivery
Improve automation, tooling, and governance around release operations
Monitor build stability, diagnose pipeline issues, and drive root cause resolution
Maintain documentation covering build steps, branching strategies, and release checklists
Support cross functional teams during release cycles and platform updates

QUALIFICATIONS

3 plus years of experience in build engineering, release management, or CI/CD focused roles
Strong understanding of automated build systems, CI pipelines, and version control practices
Experience with Git, branching strategies, and build orchestration tools
Familiarity with containerization, artifact management, and deployment workflows
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize build performance
Bonus experience with multi environment or large scale release operations
