Data Engineer

About the Role

As a Data Engineer, you will build and maintain the data pipelines, systems, and tooling that power analytics, automation, and intelligence across the TurboVets platform. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and AI teams to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and optimized for scalable use.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
Develop data models, schemas, and integration workflows
Support data quality, reliability, and governance
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data into applications and services
Optimize storage, performance, and pipeline efficiency
Maintain documentation for data structures, flows, and systems

QUALIFICATIONS

3 plus years of experience in data engineering or related fields
Strong proficiency with Python, SQL, and modern data tooling
Experience with data pipelines, ETL frameworks, and distributed systems
Understanding of relational and non relational databases
Familiarity with cloud environments and containerized infrastructure
