RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and maintain internal tools that improve developer experience and efficiency
  
• Enhance CI pipelines, local development environments, and testing workflows
  
• Identify bottlenecks in engineering processes and implement system level solutions
  
• Create automation that reduces repetitive tasks and accelerates feedback loops
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support daily development needs
  
• Improve code quality and reliability through tooling, linting, and static analysis systems
  
• Maintain documentation for internal tools, workflows, and best practices
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 plus years of experience in developer productivity, infrastructure engineering, or tooling focused roles
  
• Proficiency with scripting languages and automation frameworks
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems, test environments, and development workflows
  
• Experience building or supporting internal engineering tools
  
• Understanding of containerized environments and modern engineering stacks
  
• Bonus experience improving developer experience at scale
