RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of engineers through planning, execution, and delivery
- Provide technical guidance on architecture, design, and system level decisions
- Ensure engineering work aligns with product requirements, timelines, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define priorities and unblock dependencies
- Review code, support best practices, and maintain engineering excellence
- Mentor engineers, support growth, and foster a collaborative, ownership driven culture
- Monitor team performance, delivery health, and operational readiness
- Support documentation, communication, and predictable delivery processes
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 plus years of software engineering experience, including leadership or mentorship responsibilities
- Strong technical background in modern backend and or frontend systems
- Experience guiding engineering design discussions and architectural decisions
- Ability to manage timelines, cross functional coordination, and delivery expecations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with agile development, CI workflows, and cloud based environments
- Bonus experience scaling teams or building systems in high growth settings
