RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination for executive leaders
- Prepare agendas, briefings, and follow up actions for meetings and strategic sessions
- Support communication and alignment across internal teams and external partners
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and event planning as needed
- Maintain documentation, records, and structured organization systems
- Track action items, deadlines, and operational commitments across workstreams
- Support confidential matters with discretion, accuracy, and professionalism
- Anticipate operational needs and proactively remove administrative friction
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 plus years of executive support or administrative operations experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication across technical and non technical audiences
- Proficiency with modern productivity tools and scheduling systems
- Ability to work with discretion, reliability, and confidentiality
- Bonus experience supporting executives in fast paced or high growth environments
