Executive Assistant

About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide direct support to senior leadership and ensure the seamless operation of high priority workflows across TurboVets. You will manage scheduling, communication, coordination, and operational follow through, enabling executives to focus on strategic decision making and execution. You will bring organization, clarity, and reliability to fast moving environments while supporting cross functional alignment and operational discipline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination for executive leaders

  • Prepare agendas, briefings, and follow up actions for meetings and strategic sessions

  • Support communication and alignment across internal teams and external partners

  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and event planning as needed

  • Maintain documentation, records, and structured organization systems

  • Track action items, deadlines, and operational commitments across workstreams

  • Support confidential matters with discretion, accuracy, and professionalism

  • Anticipate operational needs and proactively remove administrative friction

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 plus years of executive support or administrative operations experience

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication across technical and non technical audiences

  • Proficiency with modern productivity tools and scheduling systems

  • Ability to work with discretion, reliability, and confidentiality

  • Bonus experience supporting executives in fast paced or high growth environments
