Product Operations Manager

About the Role

As a Product Operations Manager, you will support the structure, clarity, and execution of the TurboVets product organization. You will streamline workflows, maintain product documentation, support research and delivery processes, and help ensure cross functional alignment. Your work will strengthen the product team’s operational discipline and ensure our solutions are grounded in data, user insight, and consistent execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain product documentation, workflows, and internal process standards

  • Support product planning, roadmap coordination, and cross team communication

  • Assist with data gathering, research, metrics tracking, and user insights

  • Improve repeatability, clarity, and organization across product operations

  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and Operations to align priorities

  • Support release readiness, rollout coordination, and ongoing product improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 plus years of experience in product operations, program management, or product support

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Comfort working with documentation, process building, and structured workflows

  • Ability to translate product needs into clear operational steps

  • Bonus experience with SaaS products or workflow heavy systems
