Program manager

About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will lead cross functional coordination and ensure disciplined execution across key initiatives at TurboVets. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and external partners to drive clarity, alignment, and predictable delivery. Your work will turn strategy into operational plans, manage dependencies, and ensure programs move forward with precision, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage planning and execution across multiple workstreams and stakeholders

  • Define program scope, timelines, risks, and success metrics

  • Drive structured communication and ensure all teams remain aligned on priorities

  • Coordinate cross functional collaboration and resolve blockers proactively

  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align delivery with program goals

  • Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and maintain operational visibility

  • Prepare executive level reporting and ensure consistent updates across teams

  • Support change management, rollout planning, and adoption efforts for major initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 plus years of program or project management experience in fast moving environments

  • Experience managing complex, multi stakeholder initiatives

  • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with technical and operational teams

  • Ability to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and structured execution

  • Familiarity with software delivery, operational processes, or technical program workflows

  • Bonus experience with federal, healthcare, or operationally complex domains

  • Bonus experience with program management tooling or scaled frameworks
