RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track engineering progress, workflows, and operational metrics
- Support planning sessions, cross functional coordination, and status reporting
- Maintain documentation for processes, requirements, and execution readiness
- Identify operational gaps and propose improvements to strengthen team efficiency
- Assist with communication between Engineering, Product, and Operations
- Support issue tracking, risk identification, and follow up actions
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 plus years of experience in technical operations, program coordination, or analytical roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical activity into clear, actionable reporting
- Familiarity with engineering workflows, tools, or delivery processes
- Bonus experience in analytics, engineering operations, or SaaS environments
