Technical Operations Analyst

About the Role

As a Technical Operations Analyst, you will support planning, coordination, and operational visibility across engineering workstreams. You will assist with reporting, process tracking, cross team communication, and structured execution to help ensure engineering initiatives move forward with clarity and discipline. Your work will strengthen alignment between Engineering, Product, and Operations, enabling predictable delivery and efficient workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Track engineering progress, workflows, and operational metrics
Support planning sessions, cross functional coordination, and status reporting
Maintain documentation for processes, requirements, and execution readiness
Identify operational gaps and propose improvements to strengthen team efficiency
Assist with communication between Engineering, Product, and Operations
Support issue tracking, risk identification, and follow up actions

QUALIFICATIONS

2 plus years of experience in technical operations, program coordination, or analytical roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to translate technical activity into clear, actionable reporting
Familiarity with engineering workflows, tools, or delivery processes
Bonus experience in analytics, engineering operations, or SaaS environments
