Technical Program Manager

About the Role

As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive cross functional delivery for high impact engineering initiatives across the TurboVets platform. You will own program planning, technical coordination, and execution alignment between Engineering, Product, Operations, and external partners. Your work will ensure complex systems are delivered with clarity, predictable timelines, and disciplined operational rigor. You will translate technical requirements into structured plans, manage dependencies, and maintain transparent communication across all teams involved.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead planning and execution for technical programs spanning multiple teams
Translate engineering and product requirements into clear program plans and milestones
Coordinate cross functional collaboration and maintain alignment across stakeholders
Identify risks early, drive mitigation strategies, and ensure delivery stays on track
Maintain visibility into engineering progress, dependencies, and system wide impacts
Prepare structured reporting and updates for leadership and technical teams
Support rollout planning, change management, and readiness for technical releases
Drive consistent communication, documentation, and governance for program operations

QUALIFICATIONS

4 plus years of technical program or project management experience
Experience coordinating engineering teams and software delivery workflows
Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and technical dependencies
Ability to manage timelines, requirements, risks, and cross functional alignment
Excellent communication skills across both technical and non technical audiences
Familiarity with agile development, cloud technologies, and modern toolchains
Bonus experience with complex operational environments or regulated industries
