RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop training curriculum, documentation, and enablement resources for end users and internal teams
- Lead onboarding sessions, workshops, and ongoing educational programs
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Operations to identify learning needs
- Maintain a consistent, high quality library of training content
- Evaluate training effectiveness and improve materials based on user feedback
- Support rollout readiness and ensure users understand new product features
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 plus years of experience in training, enablement, education, or instructional design
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to translate workflows and product features into clear educational material
- Experience building curriculum, documentation, or structured learning programs
- Bonus experience in healthcare, veterinary operations, or SaaS onboarding environments
