RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high fidelity interfaces for key product areas
- Conduct user research, interviews, and workflow analysis to inform design decisions
- Translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive, and scalable UX patterns
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements and align on implementation
- Create and maintain design systems, visual standards, and reusable components
- Deliver prototypes and collaborative design artifacts that support fast iteration
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and high quality design across the platform
- Support usability testing and incorporate feedback into refined solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 plus years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS or product driven environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user centered design, interaction flows, and visual polish
- Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma
- Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
- Bonus experience with complex workflows, healthcare, or operational platforms
- Bonus familiarity with user research methods and design system development
