UX/UI Designer

About the Role

As a UX/UI Designer, you will shape the user experience and visual design of the TurboVets platform. You will translate complex operational workflows into intuitive, elegant interfaces that help veterinary teams work with clarity and speed. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and domain experts to design user centered solutions that improve usability, reduce friction, and elevate the overall quality of our software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design user flows, wireframes, and high fidelity interfaces for key product areas
Conduct user research, interviews, and workflow analysis to inform design decisions
Translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive, and scalable UX patterns
Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements and align on implementation
Create and maintain design systems, visual standards, and reusable components
Deliver prototypes and collaborative design artifacts that support fast iteration
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and high quality design across the platform
Support usability testing and incorporate feedback into refined solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

3 plus years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS or product driven environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating user centered design, interaction flows, and visual polish
Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma
Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
Bonus experience with complex workflows, healthcare, or operational platforms
Bonus familiarity with user research methods and design system development
